• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI technologies.
• Understanding of AI agents, workflow orchestration, responsible AI practices, and governance considerations.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, knowledge management, or IT service management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow Now Assist, or similar enterprise AI and data platforms.
• Experience improving end-to-end business processes, automation, integrations, or API-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI and familiarity with enterprise integration frameworks, including MCP.

You’ll join the Client Interactions & Contracts (CI&C) Global Operations team within Network Information Security (NIS). The team partners with stakeholders across regions to enhance service delivery, strengthen operational excellence, and support transformation initiatives. Together, we help build client trust in PwC’s information and cyber security control environment through scalable processes, automation, and data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with experienced leaders across the global NIS organization. Your manager will support your professional growth, provide guidance on priorities, and help you navigate a complex international environment. You can expect a collaborative leadership style, regular feedback, and opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives.
