This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing customer engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. The role oversees the planning, execution, and implementation of solutions by coordinating internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors, while also maintaining accountability for both business outcomes and people management. As a leader within the Program Management Office function, the role supports the establishment and governance of project and portfolio management practices, ensuring alignment with organizational methodologies, policies, and customer engagement frameworks. The successful candidate applies strong project and stakeholder management expertise, exercises independent judgment in solving complex business challenges, and provides direction and leadership to teams across diverse and often complex customer projects.
