Kirby Group Engineering is an international multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor and leading provider of high-value engineering services to a number of ‘blue chip’ companies. Operating across Ireland, the UK, Europe and South Africa, Kirby has become the engineering service provider of choice in growth segments such as pharmaceuticals, data centres and power transmission and distribution. Our culture is innovative, collaborative and performance focused. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a company committed to developing talent and rewarding performance.

Data centres are unforgiving.

They reward planning, discipline and people who actually run sites properly.

We’re looking for a CSA Project Manager to lead all Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major data centre project in Milan. This is a senior, site‑based role for someone who understands that programmes matter, safety is non‑negotiable, and “we’ll sort it later” is not a strategy.

If you like ownership, clarity and well‑run jobs, you’ll feel at home here.

As the CSA Lead, you will represent the Project Manager and the business on site. You will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, execution and close‑out of the CSA scope, from pre‑mobilisation through commissioning and demobilisation.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You are there to make sure the job moves forward, safely and efficiently, every day.
