The company operates as an international iGaming holding that develops and scales complex product ecosystems within the B2B and B2C sectors.
задачи
- Develop and execute global product strategy;
- Centralize product leadership and unify standards across the portfolio;
- Scale existing products and launch new solutions internationally;
- Build and develop a high-performing product organization;
- Oversee product delivery regarding quality, velocity, and efficiency;
- Manage roadmap, prioritization, and investment decisions.
требования
- 7+ Years in Product Management, including 4+ years as CPO or VP of Product in major B2C and B2B iGaming companies;
- Experience with crypto products and VIP player segment;
- Hands-on experience building and scaling complex product ecosystems;
- Track record of successful product launches;
- Strong data-driven approach including analytics, monetization, unit economics, and forecasting;
- Understanding of regulation, compliance, and risk management in iGaming;
- Experience operating across worldwide markets.
