Continuous improvement project manager in banking

Our core areas: Quantitative Finance, Risk & Compliance, Operations & Finance, Transformation & Organization, Information Systems. We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end Continuous Improvement projects, focusing on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of Lean principles across operational teams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance performance.
• Drive process transformation initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver projects and communicate results effectively in an English-speaking environment.

• Over 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization or Operational Excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Proven track record of independently managing and delivering end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in applying Lean principles and methodologies within operational environments.
• Proven experience in delivering projects in English.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 31.000€ to 45.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
