• preparing and reviewing tax returns
• performing tax calculations
• ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements
• assisting with tax planning
• analyzing financial data
• preparing accounting entries
• supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• research tax law changes
• prepare technical summaries
• support client advisory projects
• collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver accurate, timely services
• maintaining organized documentation
• responding to internal and external inquiries
• contributing to continuous professional development and knowledge sharing within the team

• Strong skills in Tax, Tax Planning, and Tax Preparation, with the ability to apply these in practical client and internal scenarios.
• Knowledge of Tax Law and the ability to research, interpret, and communicate relevant legislation and regulatory updates.
• Competence in Finance, including understanding of financial statements, basic accounting principles, and tax-related financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Experience in tax compliance and accounting roles, preferably within professional services or advisory firms.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software, as well as MS Excel and other office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, professional team environment.
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and ongoing professional learning in tax and accounting.

• The Tax and Accounting Specialist is a full-time position based in Yerevan with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.
