• Conducting primary and/or secondary analysis of SME business loan applications submitted to the Division and ensuring the effective management and execution of the process
• Making decisions on SME business loan applications within the scope of authority defined by the Bank’s internal regulations
• Providing recommendations on SME business loan applications that fall outside the scope of the assigned authority to the competent body authorized to approve such decisions
• Notifying relevant departments of decisions made by the authorized body regarding loan approvals
• Conducting credit rating assessments of SME business clients
• Providing professional support to Division employees and business units in preparing and analyzing SME business loan applications
• Providing professional support in the development and enhancement of SME business products
• Providing professional support in drafting and amending internal regulations governing SME business activities
• Delivering training to the Bank’s employees and the Division’s staff and/or participating in training initiatives, as well as providing mentorship

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or other related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory requirements
• English proficiency at B1 level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing accounting, including financial and tax accounting
• Presentation skills
• Ability to perform statistical and financial analyses
