• Support the business analysis of monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports
• Assist in management reporting and business performance analysis
• Perform analytical variance analysis
• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Maintain and update reporting files and dashboards
• Provide support on ad-hoc financial/operational analysis requests
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, audit, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Fluent in English
• Good communication and organizational skills
