Interim finance manager in private equity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Private Equity Investment firm as their Interim Finance Manager.

• Prepare financial statements and support IFRS reporting.
• Support the upcoming year-end, audit and full-year results due in mid next year
• Support investment valuations, ongoing M&A activity and finance projects.
• Review portfolio companies’ financial information and translate it into internal management reporting.
• Help deliver monthly management accounts.
• Handle multicurrency transactions, foreign exchange and hedge related accounting.

• a qualified accountant, with a minimum of 3 years (likely to be more) post qualified experience.
• Previous experience preparing financial statements under IFRS, assisting with audit and preparing month-end management accounts is essential.
• Qualified accountant with minimum 3 (likely more) post-qualification experience and strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS
• Hands-on financial reporting and year-end experience, able to hit the ground running

• They have a hybrid working model with 4 days in their Central London office.
• They need someone to start on or before November 16th.
