Tripathon Travel is an online reservation platform offering instant confirmation for thousands of hotels, tours, and transfers across numerous global destinations. The system provides immediate availability, easy online booking, and flexible cancellation options, with staff support to secure alternatives when a requested hotel is not listed or unavailable. The Head of Finance at Tripathon Travel is a full-time role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making.

• leading the preparation and review of financial statements
• managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and drive strategic decisions
• Extensive knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting practices
• Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting and financial planning
• Experience in team leadership and financial operations management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• International and multi-country finance experience
• Fluency in English is required
