The group operates across several business lines, including fintech and crypto-related activities, and has an international, multi-entity structure.

• Own accounting and financial reporting across the group’s legal entities
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Consolidate financial information across entities and jurisdictions
• Ensure consistent accounting treatment across the group
• Ensure accounting data provides a reliable basis for management reporting and financial analysis
• Coordinate tax compliance across jurisdictions with local accountants and external advisers
• Support transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and related documentation
• Oversee bank, payment provider, exchange, and crypto-related reconciliations
• Work with large volumes of transactional data and complex financial flows
• Analyze discrepancies, identify issues, and drive their resolution
• Investigate non-standard transactions and new financial flows and determine appropriate accounting treatment
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, banks, and other external parties
• Participate in audits and regulatory reporting
• Improve financial systems, controls, and accounting processes
• Build accounting processes for new entities, products, and transaction types

• 5+ Years of relevant experience in accounting or financial control
• Strong practical accounting and financial reporting background
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and intercompany transactions
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
• Good practical understanding of IFRS
• Experience with Corporate Tax, VAT or indirect taxes, and local tax advisers
• Strong reconciliation and financial analysis skills
• Experience working with high-volume transactional data and complex datasets
• Experience working with auditors, banks, and external advisers
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Strong working proficiency in English
• Able to take full ownership of an area and operate independently
• Understands the business behind accounting, not just accounting entries
• Comfortable working with complex and unfamiliar financial flows
• Able to independently investigate issues and develop conclusions and solutions
• Able to build processes where no established process exists
• Knows when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment
• Interested in broader scope rather than routine accounting alone
