Your Responsability:
Performing General Ledger accounting activities and financial document processing
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of General Ledger postings, including accruals, provisions, and payroll entries
Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliations and account analysis
Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
Preparing financial reports, KPIs, and management information
Executing internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Record-to-Report and other finance functions
Investigating and resolving accounting queries and discrepancies
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Maintaining accounting procedures and process documentation
Working in SAP S/4HANA and other finance-related system
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
Experience in accounting and financial processes
Knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel functionalities
Fluent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
Continuous improvement and growth mindset
Curiosity and openness to new technologies and automation solutions
Team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment
High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
