FP&A Manager (6 month FTC)

We're bringing finance in-house and building a proper FP&A capability for the first time.

This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract, based at our London HQ (Fora, Farringdon) with some flexibility to work from home, created to keep our planning and commercial insight moving through a period of change.

You'll take ownership of the 2027 budget and rolling forecast during a live handover, and give the business the space to design its long-term finance leadership properly rather than rush it.

You'll work across the whole business. One week you might be rebuilding the channel profitability view across DTC and Amazon; the next, modelling the cash impact of a stock build ahead of peak, or stress-testing what a promotional calendar does to contribution margin. Your outputs land in front of the leadership team every week, and you’ll work closely with our Fractional CFO, reporting into our CEO, working day-to-day alongside our newly in-house finance team.

This role suits someone energised by a defined sprint: real ownership and a genuine chance to shape what comes next. If you're looking for a settled, pre-built finance function to slot into, this won't be it.

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance, ideally in CPG, FMCG, DTC or another fast-growing consumer brand
• Genuinely strong modelling: fast, clean and accurate in Excel or Google Sheets, building driver-based forecasts rather than patching spreadsheets together
• Experience of a multi-channel business (DTC, retail, Amazon) and of scaling through real growth, not just steady state
• A commercial instinct that spots signals early and quantifies impact fast
• The ability to simplify complexity for non-finance stakeholders, and the urgency to work in weekly iterations rather than quarterly cycles
• Comfortable being measured on a fixed-term brief: building structure, documenting it and handing it over well
• Useful, not essential: exposure to inventory and COGS economics, funding or lender processes, or US expansion
