Preparation and verification of invoices, acts, billing documents, and other financial documents.
Preparation of financial reports for the Forwarding Department.
Control of costs, revenue, margins, and transportation-related settlements.
Coordination between the Forwarding and Accounting/Finance Departments.
Verification of invoices from carriers, agents, and subcontractors.
Support with monthly financial closing and reconciliations.

Experience working with accounting and financial documents.
Experience in logistics and understanding of rail, road, air, and sea transportation.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large amounts of numerical data.
Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
English - Intermediate level or higher.
