• Verify primary documents for fixed asset purchases and process the corresponding purchase orders in the system
• Assign inventory numbers to fixed assets and label them with stickers
• Work on the RS portal: control and confirm waybills and invoices received for fixed assets, upload internal transfer waybills
• Process fixed asset sales orders in the system and upload the corresponding waybills and invoices to the RS portal
• Prepare fixed asset write-off acts and write assets off the balance sheet
• Prepare reports for fixed asset inventory counts and take full part in the inventory process
• Prepare the annual list of fixed assets for the property declaration and provide it to the chief accountant
• Control central office warehouse balances: count actual stock and reconcile it with system balances to identify discrepancies
• Compare regional warehouse balances with system balances, identify discrepancies and ensure the corresponding adjustments

• Experience with MS Dynamics Navision or 1C
• Higher education, bachelor's degree
• Experience in a similar position or as an accountant in general
• Good knowledge of office software, especially Excel
• Knowledge of IAS 16
• Category B driving licence
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Sense of responsibility
• Teamwork

• Probation period salary 2,500 GEL, then 3,000 GEL
