- Find potential clients and offer loans and additional bank products;
- Present credit products to potential clients;
- File documents and send them to the relevant department;
- Control the quality of the group’s portfolio;
- Monitor subordinate employees’ results and portfolios;
- Prepare and present group results to the department;
- Ensure compliance with service standards and bank procedures;
- Manage correspondence.
требования
- Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, marketing, management, or a technical field;
- At least 2 years of experience in business lending at a bank and/or credit organization;
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense management;
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation principles;
- Knowledge of office computer programs;
- Sales skills and persuasive, reasoned, clear verbal communication;
- Ability to manage a group effectively, including goal setting, delegation, control, motivation, training, and performance evaluation;
- Ability to plan work, allocate time, set goals, and achieve them;
- Quick, logical, and analytical thinking;
- Determination, responsibility, organization, and teamwork skills.
