• Oversee the company's overall financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records;
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting;
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable laws and regulations;
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion of audit requirements;
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and compliance policies to mitigate financial and operational risks;
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business analysis to support decision-making;
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance to improve operational efficiency;
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions;
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably with management experience;
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and the ability to independently manage the complete accounting process;
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, statutory audits, legal compliance, and corporate governance;
• Familiarity with tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control systems;
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;
• Nice to have: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
