Arsipa is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed group operating in the health, safety, and environment sector. Supported by Warburg Pincus, the organization manages over 1,000 employees across 20+ subsidiaries and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, focusing on building a scalable platform through a buy-and-build strategy.

• Manage and support the integration of new subsidiaries into the group's finance structures;
• Harmonize processes, data structures, and reporting logic across various entities;
• Support the implementation of group-wide standards in accounting and controlling;
• Participate in finance transformation projects and the development of system and process landscapes;
• Analyze existing finance processes to identify optimization potential;
• Support the implementation and development of finance, reporting, and BI systems;
• Build robust KPI, reporting, and management structures;
• Collaborate with group accounting, group controlling/FP&A, the VP Finance, and the BI team;
• Coordinate with subsidiary management, external consultants, and auditors.

• Several years of experience in a finance environment with a solid understanding of accounting and/or controlling processes;
• Experience in finance transformation, consulting, CFO office, corporate finance, or FP&A;
• Experience in managing complex projects and dealing with diverse stakeholders;
• Fluent German and good English skills;
• Nice to have: Analytical mindset, interest in processes and data, experience with DATEV or LucaNet, experience in PE/VC-backed companies or dynamic growth environments.
