The company operates as a fast-growing IT/Tech business focused on scaling its operations and preparing for future financial milestones.

• Lead the company's financial strategy and support key business decisions;
• Build and scale the finance function, including accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, reporting, and financial controls;
• Establish budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cash flow management processes;
• Lead financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis;
• Support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and corporate development initiatives;
• Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, financial institutions, and strategic partners;
• Support fundraising activities and preparation for future pre-IPO / IPO opportunities;
• Drive operational efficiency, tax optimization, and financial governance across the business.

• 10+ Years of experience as a CFO or Finance Director;
• Proven experience building and scaling finance functions;
• Strong expertise in Russian accounting, taxation, statutory reporting, and end-to-end financial management;
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, M&A, and due diligence;
• Experience working with investors, boards, shareholders, and executive leadership teams;
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, and pre-IPO / IPO readiness initiatives;
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in technology, digital, e-commerce, fintech, software, platform businesses, FMCG, retail, or other growth-oriented companies with comparable business complexity;
• Nice to have: Previous Big 4 experience, experience in high-growth companies undergoing scaling, transformation, fundraising, or capital market preparation.
