• Monitor daily balances across bank accounts and payment systems for group entities, and prepare daily and weekly cash positions
• Prepare and process vendor payments and intercompany transfers in line with approval procedures
• Plan short-term liquidity, ensure accounts and payment service providers have sufficient funds for upcoming payouts, and flag shortfalls early
• Reconcile bank and payment service provider statements with NetSuite and investigate discrepancies
• Support quarter-end cash statements and other treasury reporting
• Maintain banking and payment service provider documentation, including account lists, signatory and access records, and KYC renewal requests
• Handle foreign exchange conversions within agreed limits and track applied rates
• Improve and automate treasury processes using spreadsheets, scripts, or AI tools

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or payments
• Solid understanding of bank transfers, card acquiring, and payment systems, including SWIFT/SEPA, settlement, and reserves
• Confident Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivots, and working with large exports
• Accuracy and an ownership mindset
• English at B2 level or above for written communication with banks and providers
