Financial analyst in real estate

This position plays a key role in overseeing the operational and financial performance of a real estate investment fund. As Financial Analyst you play a key role in monitoring the financial performance of a real estate investment fund. You sit at the intersection of finance, legal and asset management, which gives you a 360-degree view of how real estate value is created and sustained.

• Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the real estate investment fund
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
• Prepare fund reporting, investor reports and performance presentations
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and risk analysis
• Act as a liaison between internal departments (transactions, asset management, finance, legal) and external stakeholders
• Support legal and regulatory compliance for fund operations and governance
• Propose process improvements to make financial reporting and fund operations more efficient

• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in fund management or finance, ideally within real estate
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law
• Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting and compliance
• Highly organised, analytical and structured
• Clear, professional communicator who engages confidently with stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling
