Financial analyst in real estate

We are looking for an experienced financial analyst to join the finance team at Green House Development. The person in this position will independently prepare financial models for development and hotel projects, annual budgets, forecasts and management reports.

• Building and updating financial models for development, hotel and short-term rental investments.
• Preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyzing budget performance, variances and project profitability.
• Modeling cash flow, P&L and balance sheets, and conducting NPV, IRR and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyzing hotel KPIs: ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, GOP and EBITDA.
• Preparing management reports and analyses to support investment decisions and project financing.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling or investment modeling.
• Experience independently creating financial models in Excel.
• Ability to budget, forecast and report on budget performance.
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting.
• Independence, analytical thinking and the ability to formulate business recommendations.
• Knowledge of English.
