Syneos Health is a fully integrated life sciences services organization that supports drug development and commercialization. Its Clinical Solutions team helps customers navigate complexity, shape solutions, and accelerate progress in healthcare.

• Produce and present client reporting and facilitate customer-facing financial discussions;
• Prepare, interpret, and analyze financial data, business metrics, and ad hoc reports for global management;
• Prepare annual cost and expense budgets, cost rates, cost and expense forecasts, monthly utilization, headcount, revenue backlog analysis, and gross profit reports;
• Develop and produce monthly financial reports, commentary, financial analysis, and metrics for senior management;
• Review reporting timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency and suggest methods for improving results;
• Serve as a key contact point for interpreting and investigating financial results;
• Provide financial insights into business growth trends and profitability;
• Assist Finance management with miscellaneous projects as directed by the supervisor;
• Develop and deliver financial reporting, controls, and procedures;
• Update and cost study budgets based on updated trial specifications;
• Use protocol and subject data to build subject visit forecasts across cohorts, arms, and subject statuses;
• Identify inconsistencies in data, including visit-rate changes and currency errors.

• At least 2 years of relevant financial experience;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency with accounting software packages;
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data;
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
• Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• High personal motivation to achieve;
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;
• Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Finance, experience in Pharma/CRO.
