SoftConstruct develops technologies and services for the gaming and financial technology industries.

• Manage financial transactions, invoicing, and payment processing related to partnerships;
• Track and analyze partnership financial performance metrics;
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement;
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting for strategic partnership initiatives;
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams on timely reconciliation of partner-related transactions;
• Act as a liaison between the company and partners on financial operations and agreed terms;
• Support negotiation and structuring of financial terms in partnership agreements;
• Maintain and update financial records related to partners;
• Address financial inquiries from partners and internal stakeholders;
• Conduct financial analysis and research on market trends;
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging financial models;
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and partnership optimization;
• Ensure compliance of financial transactions and partnership agreements with internal policies and external regulations;
• Identify potential financial risks within partnerships and recommend mitigation strategies;
• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to align financial partnership operations with industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, partnership management, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of financial operations, partnership agreements, and business development;
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction reconciliation;
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
• Proactive and results-driven mindset;
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, financial services, or business development.
