• Oversee and deliver financial models, forecasts, and analyses that drive business strategy and sound decision-making;
• Implement best practices and establish regular processes for product profitability assessment;
• Establish processes for assessing and implementing new initiatives, including post-control procedures;
• Implement performance analysis practices, including risk identification, variance analysis, and static and dynamic analysis;
• Apply best practices in deposit pricing, interest rate risk management, and transfer pricing;
• Support the implementation of OPEX management practices, including cost planning, cost analytics, operational benchmarking, and cost optimization;
• Establish product modelling practices and create diversified models based on stakeholders' needs;
• Lead and support the FP&A team in preparing budgets and forecasts;
• Implement monthly operational budgets;
• Coordinate and integrate model synchronization, cut-off policies and procedures, loan product understanding, risk budgeting, data structuring, and reporting with the risk management and data science teams.

• Experience in product profitability management;
