• Rebuild, automate, and continuously improve the company’s budget model and budgeting system
• Lead the three-year financial planning process and own the rolling forecast and monthly actuals-versus-budget analysis
• Deliver cost analytics and drive cost optimisation opportunities across the business
• Work with budget owners to prepare budgets and forecasts, allocate costs, and challenge proposals and assumptions as a Finance Business Partner
• Analyze new projects, products, and business initiatives, assessing profitability, costs, cash flows, expected returns, and other relevant metrics
• Build business cases and financial models, and review outcomes against original business cases after implementation
• Develop and monitor payments unit economics, translating financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for management
• Develop stress tests and scenario analyses, and contribute to capital, own-funds, and liquidity adequacy assessments
• Lead financial planning for new legal entities, markets, and business ventures
• Participate in strategic and expansion projects, identifying financial implications, risks, and opportunities throughout their lifecycle
• Prepare financial materials for the Board of Directors and Management Board
• Monitor financial and performance indicators, highlighting trends, deviations, and risks
• Standardise, automate, and unify financial data and reporting, reducing manual work and helping establish a single source of truth

• 4–5+ Years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business controlling, corporate finance, or a similar role
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, with the ability to independently own and improve processes
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable business insights
• Proficiency in English
• Strong ownership, initiative, and independence, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
