• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards;
• Consolidate and validate financial data from multiple stakeholders and regions;
• Support variance analysis and provide insights on key financial trends;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by maintaining planning data and systems;
• Assist in preparing and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts;
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial planning tools;
• Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams;
• Support planning cycles, documentation, and process administration.

• University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or comparable training or professional experience in FP&A or Controlling;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance support role;
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to respond to evolving business and FP&A reporting requirements;
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written;
• Solid understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
