Financial analyst in commercial FP&A

• Support with forecasting, variance analysis and reporting of financial performance;
• Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting of the business unit or department’s key metrics;
• Proactively deliver intelligence based on data to support and advise the FP&A team and/or business partners whenever necessary;
• Provide analytical support and contribute to strategic decision making;
• Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the existing reporting to fit with evolving requests from senior management;
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenarios and benchmarking as needed.
• Lead projects to standardize, streamline, and scale Commercial FP&A processes across BUs and Verticals;
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage modern finance tools and AI to improve forecasting and reporting;
• Establish and champion best practices, modeling standards, and consistent KPIs across the finance community;
• Own end-to-end delivery of FP&A transformation initiatives driving towards the FP&A North Star;
• Drive change management, user enablement, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

• 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles;
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills;
• High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots and reconcile multiple data sources;
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences;
• Self-driven mentality, proactively seeking to find solutions to problems and providing the best analytics possible to key decision makers
• Advanced knowledge of Financial Modelling (in Excel and/or G Sheets);
• Ability to understand, work with and proactively advise business partners;
• Sees the headlines or big picture whilst having attention for the details;
• Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo;
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams;
• Structured problem-solving skills with comfort navigating ambiguous and evolving environments.
