задачи
Create and develop monthly and management reports and relevant KPIs for business management
Manage budget and forecasting processes, including ongoing plan-versus-actual analyses
Conduct variance and profitability analyses and derive actionable recommendations
Prepare financial evaluations and analyses to support management and business departments
Build and develop KPI systems and dashboards, particularly in Power BI
Prepare and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for action
Develop and automate existing controlling and reporting processes
Contribute to cross-functional projects and the development of controlling structures
требования
Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of controlling experience, ideally in a medium-sized company
Solid experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems
Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven business management
Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships
Ability to analyze complex matters systematically and explain them clearly to different stakeholders
Very good written and spoken German
High initiative and willingness to challenge and actively develop existing processes
