financial analyst for sales finance

• Manage financial processes related to rebates and promotions;
• Participate in month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations;
• Monitor and control provisions and accruals;
• Prepare financial analyses and management reports;
• Support the Sales team with financial analysis, interpretation of business results, and ongoing financial communication.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role;
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken;
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Ability to communicate accounting-related topics;
• Basic accounting knowledge;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• High precision, strong analytical thinking, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Proactive attitude, commitment, and collaborative approach to work;
