Financial Analyst

The company is an international boutique financial services firm specialising in real estate and corporate financing solutions. It provides exposure to private lending, structured finance, real estate transactions, and corporate advisory.

• Build and analyse cash-flow models for real estate projects and operating companies;
• Perform financial analysis for development, acquisition, rental, and refinancing transactions;
• Assess borrower and asset risk using LTV, DSCR, coverage ratios, liquidity analysis, and sensitivity scenarios;
• Review financial information and identify potential risks and opportunities;
• Prepare financial summaries and supporting analysis for financing proposals;
• Prepare financing dossiers and lender presentations for private lenders, funds, and family offices;
• Structure and present financial information clearly and professionally;
• Support the preparation of investment and financing proposals;
• Review and validate financial data before submission to funding partners;
• Assist with transaction coordination and due diligence processes;
• Maintain organised deal documentation and data rooms;
• Support KYC and AML documentation processes;
• Assist with the preparation and review of client and transaction documentation;
• Maintain accurate internal records and reporting tools.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field;
• Professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, real estate finance, banking, investment, or a similar environment;
• Strong experience with financial modelling and advanced Excel;
• Good understanding of lending and risk metrics, including LTV, DSCR, and debt structures;
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
• Ability to interpret financial information and identify key risks;
• Professional fluency in English;
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve analysis and efficiency;
• Highly organised, discreet, and able to manage confidential information;
• Eligible to work in Cyprus or the EU;
• Nice to have: background in real estate finance, private lending, banking operations, fund administration, or Big 4 advisory, experience preparing financing proposals or investment dossiers for institutional investors, AML certification or compliance experience, existing relationships with funds, private lenders, or family offices, Spanish or Greek language skills.
