Financial Analyst

ServiZurich operates as a technological and operational hub for the Zurich Insurance Group, providing specialized solutions in investment, administration, and accounting. The Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) unit supports multinational customers by structuring global employee benefits, managing captive and pooling arrangements, and overseeing reinsurance programs for risks such as death, disability, and medical coverage.

• Manage relationships and activities related to network partners and customers;
• Produce professional data analytics and reports for customers and network partners;
• Streamline processes and data analysis to ensure high delivery standards;
• Monitor portfolio data and performance;
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the monitoring and implementation of relevant metrics;
• Establish best practices to optimize end-service delivery;
• Ensure financial and accounting closings are performed according to deadlines;
• Collaborate with teams and subject matter experts to identify data sources and improve operational reports.

• University degree in an analytical or numerical field such as Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Math, or Statistics;
• 3-5 Years of relevant work experience;
• Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions;
• Ability to work with large data sets across different business segments to support decision-making;
• Proven experience in financial reporting and accounting with a strong understanding of financial data processes;
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel knowledge;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines under pressure;
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail;
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of the insurance business, experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
