• Work closely with Accounting, Reporting, Tax and Financial Controllers to support the monthly management reporting close by cleansing, validating, and consolidating data from diverse sources;
• Own procure-to-pay monitoring for assigned entities, including tracking requests and payments, resolving issues, and ensuring complete audit/tax/reporting documentation;
• Maintain financial data integrity across complex Google Sheets models;
• Build high-quality reports and presentations for leadership;
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather timely inputs for short-term forecasting cycles;
• Prepare supporting calculations and incorporate them into reporting and forecasting;
• Proactively optimize processes by identifying data pain points and support implementation of scalable solutions.

• 3+ Years of experience in FP&A or financial controlling;
• Deep understanding of core financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) under IFRS;
• Experience working with ERP systems;
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work;
• Basic understanding of financial documentation;
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills;
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level decks;
• Proactive mindset with an interest in improving and streamlining finance processes;
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: procurement software experience, basic PowerBI experience.
