Financial Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and a passion for accounting and finance.

• Managing day-to-day financial accounting activities
• Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Processing payments and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables
• Reconciling and maintaining general ledger accounts
• Supporting monthly and annual financial closing procedures
• Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns
• Communicating with tax advisors, customers, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable accounting requirements in Italy

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification
• Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred
• Knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems, Odoo knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A structured, proactive, and independent approach to work
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Italian language proficiency; English skills are an advantage

Performance-related remuneration package

comprising an attractive fixed salary and group profit-sharing. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from 15,000.00 to 30,000.00 euros on a full-time basis, depending on qualifications and professional experience. A company car, also for private use, rounds off the package.

Flexible working hours

20 to 30 hours per week, the option to work remotely.
