As a key member of the EurAsia Central FP&A team, the Sr Finance Program Manager will partner across EurAsia to drive financial excellence, working capital optimization, and organizational capability development. Working closely with Regional and Country Finance teams, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Demand Planning functions, this role provides actionable insights, strengthens financial governance, improves forecast accuracy, and supports strategic decision-making.

The position requires strong analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership to drive sustainable improvements in operating performance, inventory health, working capital efficiency, and cost management. The individual will play a leading role in OPC and SOGL management, EurAsia IDD planning and reporting, finance transformation initiatives, and the advancement of AI-enabled ways of working across the Finance organization.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
