Position Purpose:
In this position, the Manager of Technology Finance - AI & Software Optimization will be responsible for delivering analytical solutions that enhance visibility into AI and software investments. Through the design and management of reporting, data pipelines, forecasting models, and financial analytics, this role will improve cost transparency, identify opportunities to optimize technology investments, and enable more informed decision-making across Technology and Finance. Key focus areas include:
- AI Tool Financial Analysis & Usage Forecasting: Partner closely with engineering and business leaders to model, evaluate, and forecast AI consumption trends, develop unit economics and cost models, establish accountability frameworks, and identify cost optimization opportunities related to model usage, infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Enterprise AI Financial Management: Serve as the financial lead for AI spend, designing dashboards, allocation models, and data pipelines to deliver visibility into AI spend and consumption while identifying cost-efficiency and optimization opportunities across the enterprise.
- Software Optimization & Deal Decision Support: Partner across Technology, Procurement, and business functions to evaluate software portfolio utilization, identify optimization opportunities, and provide financial modeling and decision support for strategic contract negotiations, renewals, and licensing decisions.
