• Lead day-to-day financial operations across the Central Asia region;
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, payroll and tax compliance;
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and management reporting;
• Maintain the company financial ledger;
• Ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date;
• Support financial compliance and business planning;
• Turn financial insights into meaningful business outcomes.

• Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, or be a member of CA or ACCA;
• Have 5+ years of professional Accounting or Finance experience;
• Have experience in the travel and tourism industry;
• Have strong communication skills in English and local languages;
• Be proficient in MS Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Have hands-on experience with accounting software such as D365;
• Have a collaborative approach, high integrity and strong organisational skills.
