finance manager in real estate financing

• Structure and close financing deals, acquire new property and project financing, manage loan extensions, and negotiate term sheets and loan agreements with banks and investors through signing
• Prepare financial exposés, credit applications, and data rooms
• Produce regular reporting for financing partners and monitor DSCR, LTV, and ICR metrics
• Plan liquidity for all companies and projects, both operationally and strategically
• Manage the existing financial portfolio, maintain databases, and monitor maturities, interest-rate commitments, and covenants
• Develop and implement ideas to automate and professionalize the function

• Relevant experience in real estate financing, ideally on the banking side or in a comparable role
• Sound understanding of financing structures, credit processes, covenants, and loan documentation
• Degree in finance, real estate, or business administration
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in working with data
• Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and confidence when dealing with banks and investors
• Independent and accurate working style
• Motivation to help shape a business area
• Fluent German, spoken and written (C2)
• German work authorization required

• Available to work at least 35 hours per week
