Moonwake is a private equity investment company focused on creating long-term value through strategic investments and active portfolio management.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs across portfolio companies
• Support the preparation of Board and shareholder reporting materials
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial information
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
• Review portfolio companies’ financial performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Support portfolio company management teams in enhancing financial planning, reporting, and control processes
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting standards across the portfolio
• Coordinate external audits and support audit processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Support financial due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions
• Assist with valuation analyses, financial reviews, and post-investment performance tracking
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–4 Years of relevant experience in Finance, Audit, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Investment Management
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Azerbaijani
• Будет плюсом: Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed or in progress), experience working with investment companies, holding structures, or portfolio businesses, knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation processes
