• Review entity reports submitted by Accountants and Accounting assistants, focusing on variance analysis;
• Ensure correct implementation of standardised procedures;
• Perform tests to verify the accuracy and completeness of consolidated results;
• Monitor adherence to agreed budgets;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the dividend policy;
• Carry out overseas site visits when necessary;
• Assist, advise, and train subordinates as necessary;
• Liaise with external Auditors;
• Ensure all deadlines set by Divisions and Clients are respected;
• Assist in preparing the company’s monthly management accounts;
• Ensure year-end Financial Statements are prepared on time;
• Ensure statutory requirements relating to Payroll, VAT, and Tax are met;
• Undertake special projects as assigned;
• Assist the Finance Manager as necessary.

• Professional qualification (ACCA or ACA) and at least three years of experience in a relevant position;
• University Degree in Accounting and/or Part Qualified ACCA or ACA status with at least five years of experience in a relevant position.
