задачи
- Shape financial strategy and consolidate reporting under IFRS;
- Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity management;
- Structure holding entities, SPVs, and intra-group financing arrangements;
- Handle international tax matters and transfer pricing;
- Support fundraising efforts and M&A transactions;
- Manage currency risk, compliance, and the finance team;
- Communicate confidently with banks, investors, and the board.
требования
- Strong Russian and English;
- Structured and self-driven approach;
- Ability to stay composed when cash flows change unexpectedly.
