• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting (FP&A)
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
• Coordinate supplier payments, payroll, and banking transactions
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
• Work closely with accountants, auditors, banks, and external partners

• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in finance operations, payments, and cash management
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines
• Ukrainian or Russian and English language skills
