finance manager in health, safety & environment

Arsipa is a rapidly growing private-equity-backed group operating in Health, Safety & Environment. It has more than 1,000 employees, over 20 subsidiaries, and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, and is building a scalable platform through a buy-and-build strategy.

• Build, coordinate, and manage group-wide payment operations, ensuring reliable and timely payments;
• Administer bank relationships, including bank accounts, powers of attorney, access rights, and relevant documentation;
• Act as the central contact for banks on operational matters and coordinate banking processes across the group;
• Track measures, ensure project progress, and manage escalations;
• Further develop cash-management and payment processes and the existing system landscape;
• Support the standardization and automation of cash-management and payment processes;
• Support the Turkish subsidiary with commercial matters and act as the interface between local management, Accounting, and Group Finance;
• Collaborate closely with the VP Finance Operations, CFO, Controlling / FP&A, and finance managers of the subsidiaries.

• Completed commercial or banking-related vocational training, a degree in business administration, or comparable qualification;
• 3–5 Years of relevant experience in finance, ideally involving cash management, payment operations, or treasury;
• Good understanding of payment operations, liquidity planning, and banking processes;
• Structured, careful, and responsible working style with the ability to manage multiple topics;
• Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and drive topics independently;
• Very good German and good English skills;
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with willingness to take on operational tasks when needed;
• Nice to have: Experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Excellence, CFO Office, or Consulting; knowledge and practical experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI); experience in a private-equity-funded or high-growth company environment; Turkish language skills.
