finance manager in health and wellness

The company is a fast-growing international health and wellness business operating multiple consumer brands and serving millions of customers globally. It combines product innovation, in-house capabilities, and an entrepreneurial approach across numerous international markets.

• Manage the monthly close process across multiple legal entities, focusing on Cyprus operations and international entities;
• Prepare consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting;
• Monitor budgets, conduct variance analysis, and maintain rolling forecasts;
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations;
• Coordinate with external accountants, advisors, and financial reporting providers;
• Support tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions with local advisors;
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accurate, timely reporting;
• Build financial models for potential acquisitions and new brand investments;
• Support financial due diligence by reviewing target company financials and identifying potential risks or gaps;
• Coordinate deal documentation and data room requirements;
• Support post-acquisition integration, including accounting setup and entity structuring;
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic financial analysis related to market entry, brand launches, and capital allocation;
• Provide financial insight for commercial and strategic decision-making.

• 4–7 Years of experience across accounting, financial control, corporate finance, or a related finance function;
• Strong experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, including EUR, USD, and NOK;
• Ability to build financial models from scratch;
• Previous exposure to M&A transactions and a good understanding of financial due diligence;
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities;
• Highly self-directed and proactive, with the ability to identify and escalate issues without significant oversight;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and founder-led organisation;
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and build processes as the organisation scales;
• Nice to have: Previous experience within DTC, e-commerce, or another consumer-focused digital business, understanding of e-commerce financial flows including Shopify revenue, digital advertising expenditure, and subscription models, experience across EU, US, and/or Nordic jurisdictions.
