Kraft Heinz operates in the food and beverage services industry. The role is part of its UKI business unit and Meals team.

• Own the total UK Meals P&L and related routines, including visibility of short- and medium-term financial performance and drivers such as volume, price, COGS, and mix;
• Define the budget and strategy planning process;
• Lead the long-term RGM plan and assess the performance and trajectory of each sub-category;
• Evaluate relative pricing power by sub-category, considering brand equity and competition;
• Optimise the Price Pack Architecture (PPA) curve and pack strategy;
• Work closely with Demand Planning on demand reviews;
• Manage an apprentice/analyst.

• 5+ Years of experience in an FMCG financial or strategy/consulting setting, including 2–3+ years in consulting;
• Advanced analytical and organisational skills;
• Fluent Excel skills;
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders;
• Confidence and ability to push back respectfully;
• Resilience in a demanding and dynamic environment;

• Strong teamwork skills.
