• Prepare financial reports under local accounting standards and ensure accounting, reporting, taxation, and related financial matters meet internal and external audit requirements
• Research and monitor tax law and regulatory changes in European regions, especially the Netherlands, and analyze their implications for local entities
• Cooperate with the HQ finance and tax team, participate in tax planning for local entities, and lead the implementation of tax planning strategies
• Handle tax registration, filing, invoice issuance, archiving, and applications for local tax refunds and incentives for local entities
• Support local tax audits and communicate with local tax authorities
• Find local auditors, negotiate audit fees, and provide materials to ensure audit reports are issued on time
• Handle local employee T&E payments and reimbursement questions, overseas accounts payable accounting and payment compliance reviews
• Support overseas management report analysis and data reconciliation for payment processes
• Identify and control key financial control points in business processes to ensure efficient and compliant financial processes

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, tax, economics, or a related field
• More than 6 years of finance or tax work experience at large entities or accounting firms in the Netherlands
• Proficient English communication and writing skills
• Strong team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• English is the working language
