The client is an international online flower marketplace connecting growers in South America with businesses across the globe. It is a fast-growing scale-up with double-digit growth over the last years.

• Own bookkeeping, month-end close, and reconciliations
• Deliver monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting
• Run the 13-week cash-flow forecast and control payment timing
• Coordinate VAT, payroll tax, and year-end for the Dutch BV and the US LLC
• Automate repetitive work using AI and better integrations
• Build management reporting, the rolling forecast, and the budget

• 5+ Years in finance with substantial hands-on bookkeeping and financial control experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business economics
• Strong skills in reconciliations, month-end close, budgets, and cash-flow forecasting
• Practical experience improving or automating finance processes
• Professional fluency in English
• Enthusiastic AI user
