• Take full responsibility for key strategic initiatives from Day 1;
• Negotiate externally with customers;
• Craft new marketing and sales plans with colleagues;
• Improve production and logistics efficiency;
• Optimize costs in manufacturing facilities;
• Collaborate with and manage multifunctional teams across regions and organizational levels.

• Have or be completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results;
• Be flexible with location and willing to work at any DACH site;
• Demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Show leadership drive and strong passion for Finance;
• Work effectively with diverse groups of people through creativity, innovation, and initiative;
• Make complex decisions using available data while trusting personal judgment and instinct;
• Speak and write German and English proficiently at minimum C1 level;
• Nice to have: short work experience, internships, studies abroad.
