• Support company leadership with strategic and financial decisions through ad-hoc analyses;
• Design, implement, and continuously develop a meaningful KPI system;
• Contribute to internal monthly reporting for management and department heads;
• Manage liquidity and cash flow planning and prepare short- to medium-term forecasts, including USD and JPY currency effects;
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and the related capital tied up in the operational business;
• Conduct preliminary reviews and support the introduction of new markets, product groups, and logistics routes while considering local tax and legal requirements;
• Help shape, optimize, and implement new internal processes and system functionalities;
• Support the Accounting team with bookkeeping under HGB.

• Degree in commercial training or relevant business studies;
• 3–5 Years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably in e-commerce;
• Solid experience with common ERP software;
• Expertise in consolidating complex data streams from e-commerce platforms, payment service providers, and internal systems;
• Confident use of reporting tools for automated real-time KPI preparation;
• Understanding of online commerce, including payment providers, marketplaces, and shipping cost structures;
• Structured, proactive, careful, and analytical working style;
• Strong interest in automating and digitalizing modern finance processes;
• Strong communication skills as a competent sparring partner for internal stakeholders;
• German at C2 level and business-fluent English at C1 level;
• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area.
