• Build and develop finance and accounting structures in cooperation with the Accounting Lead and CFO;
• Advance and automate finance processes;
• Monitor revenue, costs, and expenses;
• Improve financial and liquidity planning;
• Manage incoming and outgoing invoice flows;
• Coordinate approval processes and independently ensure payment transactions;
• Reconcile accounts and proactively resolve payment discrepancies with suppliers and business partners;
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
• Support internal and external reporting;
• Coordinate with business partners, specialist departments, and management.

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, or relevant commercial training;
• Process-oriented mindset and interest in improving existing structures;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets;
• Fluent German (C2);
• Fluent English (C1);
• Strong communication skills and confidence;
• Ability to work across departments;
• Quick comprehension and conceptual and analytical skills;
• High reliability and a thorough, conscientious working style;
• Nice to have: Experience with common finance tools such as DATEV, knowledge of VAT law.
